Job summary

Sanctuary Group in the Midlands is seeking a Multi-Trade Operative to join our Operations Response team. You will perform reactive repairs across occupied properties, from fixing leaks to door replacements, with a company van and power tools supplied. The role involves lone and team work and inclusion on an emergency call-out rota.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (carpentry or electrical). Plumbing Level 3 with WRAS or Unvented knowledge may be required.
• Full valid UK driving licence required.
• Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks.
• Health and safety regulations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Attend occupied properties to carry out construction, fault fixing and maintenance in Social Housing.
• Resolve problems and inform customers on progress.
• Maintain van stock and restock as needed.
• Provide accurate progress information to customers.

Education
