Sanctuary Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a Multi-Trade Operative to join the Operations Response team. You will perform reactive repairs across occupied properties, covering everything from taps to doors and external works, with a company van and tools provided.
You will work on a rota including emergencies, use your skills in carpentry, plumbing or plastering, and ensure communication with customers while keeping safety at the forefront.

£37,358 - £39,324 per year
40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 16:30pm
We are looking for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our Operations Response team based in Milton Keynes. Covering sites across the area you will be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs to occupied properties, ranging from a leaking tap to changing baths, changing a door handle to hanging a new door. The team also carry out external repairs including fencing and groundworks.
The role will include lone and team working, and you will also be required to be on an emergency call out rota. A company van and power tools will be provided for business use along with training as and when needed.
