Job summary

The role involves lone and team work, an on-call rota, and a company van with power tools. You will report on job progress and maintain stock, ensuring high levels of customer service and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Attain NVQ Level 2 in a core trade (carpentry or electrical).
• Plumbing Level 3 with WRAS if required during interview.
• CSCS cards not accepted as copies. Bring original certifications.

Responsibilities

• Attend occupied properties to carry out routine repairs, fault fixing and maintenance within Social Housing.
• Provide timely updates on progress and inform customers of outcomes.
• Maintain van stock levels and restock as needed for efficient repairs.
• Offer out-of-hours cover via a call-out rota and work with the team to complete tasks.
