Job summary

Securitas UK is seeking a vigilant and motivated dispatcher to support emergency services dispatch, monitor CCTV and alarm activations, and coordinate responses. You will handle mobile alarm callouts and welfare checks for officers and lone workers while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism across rapid, high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching emergency and security services when required
• Responding effectively to changing priorities and incidents
• Monitoring CCTV systems and alarm activations
• Managing mobile alarm callouts and coordinating responses
• Conducting welfare checks for officers and lone workers
• Monitoring gas detection and safety systems
• Prioritising critical alarms, including fire and lone worker activations
• Communicating with customers, colleagues, contractors and emergency services
• Escalating issues appropriately and ensuring timely resolution
• Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
