Job summary

ICTS UK Ltd seeks a CCTV Operator to monitor and control CCTV cameras within an Alarm Receiving Centre. You will work with site security officers to ensure premises safety and security for customers and colleagues.

Key duties include data analysis from software, responding to queries, and maintaining records. A 24/7 operation with 12-hour shifts, including days and nights, is described. SIA PSS license is essential.

Qualifications

• SIA Public Space Surveillance (PSS) license is essential.
• Five years' checkable history and references.
• Pro-active and reactive CCTV monitoring experience preferred.
• Strong data handling and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and operate recording equipment.
• Produce and analyse data from software systems.
• Maintain records using digital and paper-based systems.
• Direct security response to alarms and incidents.
• Liaise with authorities during emergencies.
• Prepare statements for legal actions.
• Dispatch engineers for service calls to customer sites.
