Maxwell Bond is recruiting on behalf of a high-growth cybersecurity consultancy delivering managed security and compliance services to SMBs operating in regulated and mission-critical environments.
This organisation provides 24/7 security monitoring, threat detection and response, vulnerability management, and compliance support through a modern SOC platform. They’re building a strong operations team and are looking for a capable SOC Analyst to play a key role in its development.
As a SOC Analyst, you’ll be responsible for monitoring, investigating, and responding to security events across customer environments. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys threat analysis, incident response, and working with modern security tooling.
The position involves shift-based work, including some nights, weekends, and rotating on-call.
Triage and investigate security alerts using SIEM, EDR, and SOC tooling
Research threat actor techniques and perform threat hunting activities
Support vulnerability prioritisation and remediation efforts
Assist with development of detection rules and analytics
Contribute to SOC processes, tooling, and operational improvements
Work closely with engineering and product teams to improve security operations
2–4 years experience in a Security Operations Centre
Hands-on experience with SIEM and EDR platforms
Solid understanding of modern cyber threats and attack techniques
Basic knowledge of vulnerability management and compliance frameworks
Comfortable working independently and as part of a SOC team
Colorado – Hybrid working model
$90,000 – $110,000 base salary
