Alecto Recruitment, an established technical recruitment consultancy based on the South Coast, is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the Audio Visual Technologies desk in Fareham. This permanent, office-based role offers a realistic OTE and a robust commission structure.

You will manage an established client base, drive revenue through permanent placements, and source top talent using LinkedIn and a wide candidate network.

Location: Fareham (Office-Based)

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 Basic + Commission + Quarterly Bonus + Christmas Bonus + Private Healthcare + 23-26 Days Holiday (plus bank holidays)

We are now seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join and our respected AV division. This is a warm desk with an established and engaged client base, offering significant earning potential for a high-performing consultant. Based on previous years and performance, £60k - £100k in OTE is acheivable in the first year.

Compensation & Rewards

Commission:

• 10% on the first £10,000 of paid invoices
• 20% on billings above £10,000

Bonuses:

• 8.5% quarterly bonus
• 1% annual Christmas bonus (based on total yearly billings)
• 5% business development bonus

Realistic OTE:

• Year 1: £50,000

What We're Looking For

Due to the earning potential associated with this desk, we are seeking experienced consultants with proven 360 recruitment capability and a track record of managing and growing profitable permanent desks. Applicants must be self-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a high-performance environment.

You will be a master in using Linked In RPS and building out talent networks.
