Job summary

proviT LTD in Southam is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and build a new desk. The role is full-time, hybrid (1 day from home) with a standard 08.15 – 17.15 schedule on weekdays.

You will be focused on high-performance recruitment with a lucrative uncapped commission scheme and a supportive, growth-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant running a 360 desk.
• A driven self starter who treats their desk like their own business.
• Fully computer literate and comfortable picking up new systems.
• We can look at experience in different specialisms if you are keen to build a desk.

Recruitment Consultant

£30,000 - £40,000 per annum plus uncapped commission

Southam (Hybrid working, 1 day from home)

Full time Monday to Friday 08.15 - 17.15 with early Friday finish
