Job summary

Foot Locker in Manchester is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a team and deliver an elevated in-store experience for athletic sneakers and apparel. You will drive sales, mentor staff, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting personal and productivity goals.

You will manage daily operations, share product knowledge, and stay ahead of trends to meet customer needs. This role requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and offers opportunities

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail supervisor experience.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results because of enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products.
• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
• Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate your team to drive sales that deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
• Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual and operational expectations.
• Maintain personal and productivity goals.
• Uphold the quality and productivity of every aspect of the store.
• Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, Assistant Manager and Store Manager.
• Learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customers' needs.
• Maintain awareness of all product knowledge and current/upcoming trends.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
