Qualifications

• Previous retail Supervisor experience essential.
• Proven experience leading, motivating and supporting a team in fast-paced retail.
• Strong customer focus with passion for delivering a great shopping experience.
• commercially aware with ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Confident communicating with colleagues and customers at all levels.
• Organised and able to prioritise and delegate during busy periods.
• Positive, energetic and able to lead by example on the sales floor.
• Willingness to take ownership and support management.
• Full flexibility and availability across all days, including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs with proactive customer engagement.
• Coach Sales Associates and support onboarding and training.
• Maintain Skechers visual standards and store presentation.
• Support daily store operations, cash handling, and end-of-day checks.
• Communicate priorities and contribute to a positive store culture.
