Job summary

Rexel is seeking a proactive SmartStock Technician to oversee the implementation and development of SmartStock solutions across client sites in the UK. You will manage installations, ensure seamless integration, and drive customer adoption while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

This role involves travelling to client sites to support stock inventories, delivering training, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Full valid UK driving licence.
• Excellent Customer Service with experience across multiple channels.
• Experience of project management.
• Experience of stores operations.
• Deep knowledge of Excel for reporting.
• M3 knowledge and Rexel customer proposition knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement, mobilise, and maintain SmartStock installations at client sites.
• Act as liaison between internal coordinators, Rexel, Inventor-e, and customers to meet milestones.
• Coordinate multiple implementations across areas and manage timelines.
• Deliver KPIs, targets, and objectives for successful deployments.
• Provide live training at customer premises, exhibitions, and branch events.
• Support stores operations, goods in and goods out.
