Job summary

Rexel Fort William is seeking an Internal Sales professional to manage existing customer accounts and actively develop new business to meet branch targets. You will deliver exceptional sales service by phone, in-branch, and via email, building loyalty and growth with key clients.

As part of Rexel UK, you’ll support the branch team, handle trades counter activities, and help ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, while fostering strong relationships and a proactive, collaborative

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business to meet branch targets

• Support the wider branch team by assisting at the Trade Counter and assisting with picking/packing to ensure timely orders
• Build rapport with clients and grow the portfolio to convert opportunities into profitable accounts
