Job summary

Group 1 Automotive Bournemouth is looking for a Smart Repair Technician to join our Bodyshop. You will prepare vehicles to a high standard, advise the Bodyshop/Service Advisor of any additional work needed during repairs, and work with the team to meet tight deadlines.

You'll maintain up-to-date product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service, helping to build loyalty while contributing to a busy, professional workshop within a global automotive group.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Motor industry experience is required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of meeting deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles to a high standard.
• Advising the Bodyshop/Service Advisor of any additional work during the repair process.
• Work in a team to complete large jobs and meet deadlines.
• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
• Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to loyalty and referrals.
• Keep housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.
