Job summary

Group 1 Automotive is hiring a Smart Repairer to support its bodyshop operations. You will advise on additional repair work, work collaboratively to complete large jobs, and maintain current product knowledge. A strong focus on outstanding customer service and orderly administration is expected.

Responsibilities

Advising the Bodyshop/Service Advisor on additional work during repairs.
Working in a team to complete large jobs and assist colleagues to meet deadlines.
Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels to build loyalty and referrals.
Keeping a clean, orderly workstation and accurate administration.
