Stark Group is seeking a motivated Scheduler to join our Smart Metering team in the UK. You will coordinate smart meter appointments for commercial customers, ensuring engineers are scheduled efficiently and customer service is excellent.

In this role you will manage a high volume of calls and emails, book appointments, coordinate engineer visits, and respond to emergencies. You’ll work with internal teams to meet SLAs and KPI targets while maintaining accurate records.

Competenze

• Experience in scheduling, planning, or coordination is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service experience.
• Excellent organisation and administrative skills required.

Mansioni

• Handle high volumes of inbound/outbound calls and emails to customers.
• Book smart meter appointments for commercial customers.
• Schedule engineer visits considering travel time, skills, and authorisations.
• Coordinate short-notice and emergency work requests.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and databases.
