Job summary

Johnson Controls in Manchester is seeking an Inside Sales Advisor to maximize sales opportunities for residential customers. You will guide customers on smart home security systems and upgrade existing customers over the phone, within a collaborative team.

You'll engage with leads, process opportunities in Salesforce, and maintain strong relationships across departments while meeting targets and KPI expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a team and manage own workload.
• Must meet targets and KPIs.
• Tele Sales experience is advantageous but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the best smart home security systems over the phone.
• Promote products to existing residential customers and handle upgrades.
• Process leads and opportunities using Salesforce.
