Job summary

Johnson Controls in the UK is seeking an Inside Sales Advisor to maximise sales of market-leading security systems to existing residential customers. You will advise customers relocating properties on the best smart home security solutions and upgrade existing customers over the phone.

You will promote the brand, provide accurate information, and manage leads and opportunities in Salesforce while liaising with internal and external departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Tele sales experience would be an advantage but training is provided.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and manage own workload.
• Ability to meet targets and KPIs.
