Johnson Controls is seeking an Inside Sales Advisor to maximize opportunities for market-leading security systems with residential customers. Working with an established team, you will advise customers moving property on suitable smart home security systems and upgrade existing customers over the phone.

You will handle leads via Salesforce, build strong relationships across departments, and contribute to a supportive, target-driven sales environment with comprehensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy including Outlook, Word, Excel and internal systems.
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a customer-first experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage own workload.
• Ability to work to targets and meet KPIs.
• Tele sales experience is an advantage but training is provided.

Responsabilités

• Inside Sales Advisor for domestic customers, promoting smart home security systems over the phone.
• Advise customers moving property on best systems and provide upgrades to existing customers.
• Handle administration tasks related to processing leads and opportunities using Salesforce.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external departments.
