Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Advisor to maximize sales of our market-leading security systems for existing residential customers in the Manchester area.

You will advise customers moving property on suitable smart home security solutions and provide upgrades for existing customers over the phone. You will work within a team of established sales advisors, handling leads with Salesforce while building strong relationships with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer

Qualifications

• Computer literate: Outlook, Word and Excel; proficient with internal systems (training provided).
• Excellent customer service with a customer-first approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a team and manage own workload.
• Able to work to targets and KPIs.
• Tele sales experience is advantageous but not required.

What you will do

As an inside sales advisor, you will maximize sales opportunities of market-leading security systems to existing residential customers. Working within a team of established sales advisors, you will advise customers moving property as to the best smart home security system to suit their needs as well as providing upgrades for existing customers over the phone.

How you will do it

As an Inside Sales Advisor, your role involves assisting domestic customers with their home security needs in a polite and professional manner. You'll promote our brand to existing and potential customers, providing accurate information on products and procedures. Your responsibilities include handling administration tasks related to processing leads and opportunities using Salesforce. Additionally, you'll cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external departments.
