The Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust seeks a Speech and Language Therapy Advanced Practitioner to provide clinical and system leadership in Education, SEND and Inclusion. This is a new strategic role focused on strengthening the health workforce impact in education and whole-system improvement in SEND and inclusion.

Competenze

• Experience in speech and language therapy leadership and service development (SLT)
• Ability to work with multiagency teams and drive workforce improvement
• Knowledge of SEND reform and education settings is desirable

Mansioni

• Lead clinical and system leadership in Education, SEND and Inclusion within the SLT service
• Collaborate with partners across LLR to deliver SEND reform and improved outcomes for children and young people aged 0–25
• Develop and evaluate population-level speech, language and communication strategies
• Shape scalable solutions for workforce development and education-based SLT practice
