Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust (NHFT) is recruiting an advanced practitioner for Speech and Language Therapy to provide strategic clinical leadership across children and young people with SLCN aged 0-25.

You will work across education, health, and care systems, collaborating with local authorities, ICB, universities and parent-carer networks to strengthen the SLT workforce and promote mainstream education access.

Competenze

• Masters level education or equivalent managerial experience is required.
• HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist is essential.
• Evidence of advanced practice capability aligned to NHSE framework or working towards it.

Mansioni

• Lead strategic initiatives to strengthen the SLT workforce across education settings.
• Support SEND reforms and local priorities for workforce development.
• Influence policy on workforce, placements and apprenticeships within NHS and education sectors.
• Promote evidence-based practice and SEND inspection readiness.
• Provide system-wide leadership across education, health and care.
