The Speech and Language Therapy Advanced Practitioner will provide strategic clinical and system leadership across Education, SEND and Inclusion within Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR). This new role will strengthen the health workforce contribution to education and support SEND reform through partnership working across health, education and local authority services.

Commitment to co-production with voices of children, young people and families at the centre of planning, delivery and evaluation.
Excellent communication, influencing and evaluation skills are essential.

Lead improvement in speech, language and communication outcomes for children and young people by working with health, education and local authority partners.
