Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Speech and Language Therapy Advanced Practitioner to lead SEND reform across education and inclusion for children and young people. The role is fixed term or secondment until March 2029, 1.0 WTE at 37.5 hours per week, based at County Hall, Leicestershire, within the Families, Young People, Children’s Directorate.

The successful candidate will build multiagency partnerships, support workforce development, and drive improvements in speech,

Competenze

• Registered with HCPC as a Speech and Language Therapist.
• Experience in SEND, education and inclusion.
• Strong leadership and partnership skills.
