• Create best-in-class customer experiences and resolve issues proactively.
• Recruit, develop and coach a highly engaged slots team.
• Build efficient rotas to ensure appropriate staffing.
• Drive revenue and profitability via machine performance, promotions and engagement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement with coaching and accountability.
• Monitor local competitor activity and identify growth opportunities.
• Champion safer gambling and ensure licensing/regulatory compliance.
• Use customer feedback to continually improve service standards and support local marketing.
