Grosvenor is seeking a capable Casino Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring a safe, engaging and commercially successful venue in the UK. You will drive performance on the gaming floor and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

With strong knowledge of UK gaming legislation and live/electronic gaming, you will coach a diverse team, uphold Safer Gambling standards, and inspire staff to achieve excellent customer service and results.

Qualifications

Must have casino management experience.
Strong knowledge of UK casino gaming and legislation.
Proven ability to drive commercial performance, sales and yield.
Excellent knowledge of live and electronic gaming and customer hosting.
Solid understanding of Safer Gambling and creating safe playing environments.
Customer-first mindset with ability to inspire teams.
Confident leadership and people-development skills.

Responsabilités

Take ownership of the casino operation during shifts on behalf of GM/Operations Manager.
Deliver a safe, exciting and commercially successful venue with customers at heart.
Drive performance across the gaming floor focusing on occupancy, margins, availability and dwell time.
Coach and develop your team, building technical knowledge and customer interaction skills.
Build a multi-skilled, flexible team to adapt to changing customer demand.
Ensure gaming floor, equipment and team are presented to high standards.
Handle customer queries and gaming disputes confidently and fairly.
Uphold Safer Gambling standards, compliance and security per UK legislation and internal policies.
