Rank Group is seeking a proactive Slots Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the slots department in London venues. You will drive revenue, coach a skilled team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commercial mindset to analyze performance and seize growth opportunities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Management experience within gaming/gambling sector in and around the London market (including AGCs).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to analyse performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Professionalism, integrity and the ability to perform under pressure.

• Championing safer gambling and ensuring compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Using customer feedback and insight to continuously improve service standards.
• Supporting local marketing initiatives that increase customer engagement and venue performance.

What You'll Be Doing
