Job summary

Grosvenor Casino Luton is seeking an experienced live gaming leader to head our table games and poker operation, inspiring the team and driving performance through insight and data. Qualifications

Experience leading live gaming teams and operations.
In-depth knowledge of table games and poker operations, including rules and player protection.
Strong commercial focus with a track record of driving revenue, margin efficiency and performance.
Analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable decisions.
Leadership and communication skills to coach and develop a team.
Customer-first mindset with focus on delivering guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of dealers and supervisors.
Take ownership of the performance of our table gaming and poker operation.
Drive growth in handle and margin efficiency across live gaming.
Achieve and exceed gaming performance targets.
Use Tangam software and insights to optimise our table gaming offer.
Create outstanding customer experiences while maintaining high standards of player protection.
Coaching and developing your team to perform at their best.
Make informed operational decisions and lead in the absence of the General Manager.
Create an exciting, professional and well-run gaming environment every shift.
