Job summary

Bensons for Beds in Manchester is looking for a Sales Consultant to help customers find the right sleep solutions. You’ll listen, recommend and close sales using product knowledge and our sleepPRO tools, aiming to maximise every sale and hit targets. Full training and ongoing support are provided, with a clear path to career progression.

You will join a store team, earn a base salary with OTE, and benefit from an uncapped commission and a monthly store bonus when targets are achieved.

• Build genuine relationships with customers and deliver an experience they’ll remember
• Spot opportunities to maximise every sale and achieve targets
• Keep up to date with products, offers and promotions
• Work as part of your store team to achieve shared goals
• Take pride in your store and help keep it clean, tidy and looking its best
