Job summary

bensons for beds is seeking a Sales Consultant to help customers find the right products for a better night’s sleep. You’ll be at the heart of the store, listening to needs, recommending products, and using sleepPRO™ technology to match customers with ideal solutions.

You’ll enjoy uncapped commissions, a base salary plus OTE, and a monthly store bonus when targets are met. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required, with training provided to hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales environment is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to listen to customers.

• Ask the right questions to understand their needs and recommend the right sleep products.
• Use our sleepPRO™ technology and product knowledge to find their perfect match.
• Build genuine relationships with customers and deliver an experience they’ll remember.

• Work as part of the store team to achieve shared goals.
