Job summary

bensons for beds is seeking a Sales Consultant to help customers find the right sleep solutions in-store. You’ll listen, ask the right questions and recommend mattresses, beds and finishing touches using your product knowledge to matches customers’ needs.

You’ll work with an uncapped commission scheme and a monthly store bonus, with training and ongoing support. The role suits confident, friendly people who enjoy a fast-paced retail environment and putting customers first.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales environment preferred.
• Attitude and approach matter more than CV.
• Confident, approachable and curious about what makes customers tick.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the store and create a great first impression.
• Ask the right questions to understand needs and recommend the right sleep products.
• Use sleepPRO technology and product knowledge to find the perfect match.
• Build genuine relationships and deliver an experience customers remember.
• Spot opportunities to maximise every sale and hit targets.
• Keep up to date with products, offers and promotions.
• Work with the store team to achieve shared goals.
