Job summary

Bensons for Beds is seeking a Sales Consultant in Doncaster to help customers choose the right sleep solutions. You will earn uncapped commission on every item, on top of a base salary and target-based OTE. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.

You’ll use your natural ability to connect with customers, along with our sleepPRO™ technology, to understand needs and recommend mattresses, beds and sleep products. Flexibility for peak trading times is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing or sales roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfort with hitting sales targets and earning through commission.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a warm shopping experience.
• Ask questions to understand sleep needs and recommend products.
• Use sleepPRO™ to advise on mattresses and beds.
• Aim to maximise sales and earn uncapped commission.
• Contribute to store targets and help run the store.
