Bensons for Beds is looking for Sales Consultants to help customers in our local store. Your product knowledge and friendly, proactive approach will guide shoppers to the right sleep products, supported by our SleepPRO technology and full training to set you up for success.

Our stores emphasize great service, with evenings, weekends and bank holidays as peak hours. You’ll benefit from an uncapped commission structure and a base salary with potential bonuses, plus a strong set of benefits

Qualifications

• Ideally, you'll have worked in a customer facing role previously and have confident communication skills.
• Ability to spot sales opportunities and be resilient and resourceful when needed.

• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to store targets.
