Job summary

Bensons for Beds is seeking a Sales Consultant to help customers choose the best sleep solutions and to drive sales through excellent service. You will earn uncapped commission on every item, with a base salary and target-based OTE, and have the chance to progress through training and store targets.

Training, tools and support are provided to build knowledge and confidence, with flexibility for peak trading periods including evenings, weekends and holidays. A dynamic team environment awaits you.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing or sales roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Willing to learn product knowledge and benefits to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers to create a warm shopping experience.
• Ask questions to understand sleep needs and recommend products.
• Use product knowledge and sleepPRO™ tech to advise customers confidently.
• Spot opportunities to maximise sales and earn commission on every item.
• Work towards personal and store targets while keeping customer experience central.
• Help the team keep the store welcoming and well-presented.
• Participate in all aspects of running a successful store.
