Job summary

bensons for beds is seeking a Sales Consultant to help customers find the right mattresses, beds and finishing touches. You’ll use your listening skills and product knowledge to tailor recommendations and drive sales across the store.

You’ll earn base pay plus uncapped commission and a monthly store bonus when targets are met. Training and ongoing support will help you feel confident in delivering great customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing or sales environment is desirable
• Strong listening and questioning skills to understand customer needs
• Ability to explain product benefits and close sales effectively

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the store and make a strong first impression
• Ask the right questions to understand needs and recommend the right sleep products
• Use sleepPRO technology and product knowledge to find perfect matches
• Build genuine relationships and deliver memorable in-store experiences
• Identify opportunities to maximise each sale and hit targets
• Keep up to date with products, offers and promotions
• Work with the store team to achieve shared goals
• Take pride in the store and keep it clean and well-presented
