United Living Group is seeking experienced plasterers to join our team for kitchen and bathroom renewals in social housing across the Nottingham area. This is a great opportunity for self-employed tradespeople seeking consistent, long-term work with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

  • CSCS card required.
  • Experience in domestic/similar work.
  • NVQ Level 2 preferred.
  • Basic H&S certifications (asbestos awareness).

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out plastering work within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
  • Preparing surfaces, including bonding, patching, and skimming.
  • Making good after other trades, ensuring a high quality finish.
  • Working in occupied social housing properties, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with project specifications and company standards.
  • Managing your daily workload to meet programme deadlines.
  • Communicating effectively with site teams, supervisors, and tenants.
  • Identifying and reporting any issues or additional works required.
  • Working collaboratively with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
