Job summary

PiLON Ltd, part of United Infrastructure Group, seeks experienced plasterers for kitchen and bathroom refurbishments in the Nottingham social housing sector. Work on occupied properties, delivering high-quality finishes while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering work within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
• Prepare surfaces including bonding, patching and skimming.
• Finish to a high standard in occupied properties.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents and colleagues.
• Meet project specifications and company standards.
• Plan and manage daily workload to hit programme deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with site teams, supervisors and tenants.
• Identify and report any issues or extra works required.
• Collaborate with other trades for smooth project delivery.

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Plasterers to join our team working on kitchen and bathroom renewal projects within the social housing sector across Nottingham area. This is a great opportunity for self-employed tradespeople looking for consistent, long-term work with strong earning potential. You’ll be part of a well-organised programme, delivering quality work in occupied properties while making a real difference to residents’ homes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out all aspects of plastering work within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
• Preparing surfaces, including bonding, patching, and skimming
• Making good after other trades, ensuring a high-quality finish
• Working in occupied social housing properties, maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with project specifications and company standards
• Managing your daily workload to meet programme deadlines
• Communicating effectively with site teams, supervisors, and tenants
• Identifying and reporting any issues or additional works required
• Working collaboratively with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
