Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Plasterer / Multi-Skilled Operative to join a social housing repairs team covering the Bournemouth area. This mobile, hands-on role involves internal plastering repairs in occupied homes and damp/mould remedial work as needed.

You will manage your own stock and materials with the company van and fuel card, updating job status in real-time via PDA or mobile device. A NVQ Level 2 in Plastering, a UK driving licence, and asbestos awareness are required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent time-served experience).
• Full UK Driving Licence (required to operate the company van).
• Asbestos awareness.
• Experience working within social housing or reactive maintenance.
• Your own tools would be preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, as you will be dealing directly with tenants.

Responsibilities
