United Living Group is seeking experienced plasterers to join our team on kitchen and bathroom renewals in the social housing sector across Guildford area.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• Experience in domestic/similar plastering work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plastering work in kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
• Prepare surfaces: bonding, patching, skimming.
• Make good after other trades; ensure high-quality finish.
• Work in occupied social housing properties; maintain clean, safe environment.
• Ensure work meets project specifications and company standards.
• Manage daily workload to meet programme deadlines.
• Communicate with site teams, supervisors and tenants.
• Identify and report issues or additional works.
• Collaborate with other trades for smooth project delivery.

We are looking for experienced Plasterers to join our team working on kitchen and bathroom renewal projects within the social housing sector across Guildford area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out all aspects of plastering work within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
• Preparing surfaces, including bonding, patching, and skimming
• Making good after other trades, ensuring a high-quality finish
• Working in occupied social housing properties, maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with project specifications and company standards
• Managing your daily workload to meet programme deadlines
• Communicating effectively with site teams, supervisors, and tenants
• Identifying and reporting any issues or additional works required
• Working collaboratively with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
