Job summary

PiLON Ltd, part of the United Infrastructure Group, is seeking experienced plasterers for kitchen and bathroom refurbishments in social housing across Westminster and South West London. You will deliver high-quality plastering and prepare surfaces to exacting standards.

Role involves working in occupied properties, maintaining a clean, safe environment, and collaborating with site teams to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications

• CSCS card is required.
• Experience in domestic/similar plastering work.
• Good conversational English.
• Own tools (110v or battery) and full UK driving licence are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out plastering work within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
• Preparing surfaces, including bonding, patching, and skimming.
• Working in occupied social housing properties with attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Ensuring all work meets project specifications and company standards.
• Managing daily workload to meet programme deadlines.
• Communicating effectively with site teams, supervisors, and tenants.
• Reporting any issues or additional works required.
• Collaborating with other trades to ensure smooth delivery.

Education

NVQ Level 2 (preferred)

Basic H&S certifications (asbestos awareness)

About the Role

We are looking for experienced Plasterers to join our team working on kitchen and bathroom renewal projects within the social housing sector across Westminster and South West London areas.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out all aspects of plastering work within kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
• Preparing surfaces, including bonding, patching, and skimming
• Making good after other trades, ensuring a high-quality finish
• Working in occupied social housing properties, maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with project specifications and company standards
• Managing your daily workload to meet programme deadlines
• Communicating effectively with site teams, supervisors, and tenants
• Identifying and reporting any issues or additional works required
• Working collaboratively with other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
