Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Attleborough, Norfolk, is seeking a skilled Operative - Runner to support the production line. You will collect ingredients, inspect materials and verify batch numbers to ensure product quality. Work is on a 4 on, 4 off rotation (06:00-18:00) with an attractive hourly rate of £15.27 and potential to earn over £600 per week.

On-site canteen, free parking, training and PPE provided, and wellbeing champions on site support your wellbeing and development in this role.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and strong numerical/verbal skills.
• Ability to perform standard work at full line speed.
• Ownership and initiative with a can-do attitude.
• Adaptability to change and a proactive approach.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections of materials for damage, defects, or foreign materials.
