Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe at Attleborough Factory in Norfolk is seeking a Skilled Operative to prepare and batch sauce ingredients, with full training provided. You will work with CCPs and Food Safety procedures to ensure product quality.

Earn £14.20 per hour in a 4 on, 4 off shift (06:00-18:00) with potential to reach over £559 per week. On-site canteen, free parking, PPE and wellbeing champions are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong written, numerical, and verbal skills in English.
• Ability to perform standard work at full line speed.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Spot, fix, and report production issues that impact performance, quality, or safety.
• Conduct visual inspections for damage, defects, or foreign materials, verify batch numbers and shelf-life.
• Set up equipment and areas for production, ensuring safety controls, hygiene standards, and proper tools are in place.
• Perform quality inspections and take product samples as per specifications.

Your Role
