Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe Attleborough Factory in Norfolk is looking for a Skilled Operative to join our production team. You will prepare and batch sauce ingredients, follow CCPs and Food Safety procedures, and receive full training if you're new to the role.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14.20 and a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (06:00-18:00) with the chance to earn over £559 per week, plus on-site canteen, free parking, and PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to perform standard work at full line speed.
• Ownership with a can-do attitude and proactive approach to goals.
• Adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Food manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Spot, fix, and report production issues that impact performance, quality, or safety.
• Conduct visual inspections for damage, defects or foreign materials and verify batch numbers.
• Set up equipment and areas for production with safety controls and hygiene standards.
• Perform quality inspections and take product samples as per specifications.
