Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Attleborough Factory, Norfolk, seeks a skilled Operative - Runner to support production. You will collect ingredients, inspect materials, and verify batch numbers to maintain quality on the line. Earn £15.27 per hour with a 4 on, 4 off 06:00-18:00 schedule and potential to exceed £600 weekly.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, good numeracy, and a proactive attitude. Food manufacturing experience is a bonus.

• Ability to perform standard work at full line speed.
• Ownership and initiative with a can-do attitude.
• Adaptability to change and proactive approach to achieving goals.
