Pilgrim’s Europe is seeking Production Operatives for the Attleborough, Norfolk site. You will follow standard work, convert materials into finished goods, and contribute to safety and quality in a dynamic team environment.

The role offers a balanced 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (06:00-18:00) with a competitive hourly rate of £13.60 and potential to earn over £535 per week, along with on-site facilities and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Proficient in written, numerical, and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain standard work pace at full line speed.
• Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
• Food manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
