Job summary

Valeo Foods UK operates a Norwich site producing high-quality snack products. We seek motivated Production Operators to join a supportive team and develop technical knowledge while maintaining safety and efficiency on the production line.

You will operate and monitor machinery, perform basic checks, record data, and work with colleagues to hit targets. Prior factory experience helps, and a willingness to learn will drive long-term career growth.

What you'll be doing As a Production Operator, you'll play an important role in making sure our products are produced safely, efficiently and consistently. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating production and packing machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitoring machine performance and product quality
• Carrying out basic machine checks and adjustments
• Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
• Recording production data accurately
• Working as part of a team to achieve production targets
• Keeping your work area clean, safe and tid

What are we looking for?
