Job summary

Valeo Foods UK in Norwich is looking for motivated Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. You will help produce high-quality snack products on a 3 on 3 off schedule, operating and monitoring packaging machinery while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

You don’t need prior scale-up experience—our team supports learning and development, with opportunities to grow your skills, take on new challenges, and progress within the business.

Qualifications

  • Previous factory or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Eye for detail and ability to perform quality checks.
  • Reliability and teamwork essential.
  • Willingness to learn and develop long-term career.
  • Able to adapt to 3 on 3 off shift patterns.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production and packing machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor machine performance and product quality.
  • Carry out basic machine checks and adjustments.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times.
  • Record production data accurately.
  • Work as part of a team to hit production targets.
  • Keep your work area clean, safe and tid.

What you’ll be doing
Responsibilities

As a Production Operator, you’ll play an important role in making sure our products are produced safely, efficiently and consistently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating production and packing machinery safely and efficiently
  • Monitoring machine performance and product quality
  • Carrying out basic machine checks and adjustments
  • Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
  • Recording production data accurately
  • Working as part of a team to achieve production targets
  • Keeping your work area clean, safe and tid
Qualifications

Previous factory or manufacturing experience is important, and food production experience would be a real advantage. You’ll also need:
