Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe at Attleborough Factory in Norfolk is seeking a skilled Operative for Days & Nights in the Kitchen area. You will prepare and batch sauce ingredients, follow CCPs and Food Safety procedures, with full training provided.

Work 4 on, 4 off (18:00–06:00) with an hourly rate of £14.19–£16.33 and typical weekly earnings over £559. Strong English, attention to safety, and reliability are essential. On-site canteen, free parking, PPE, and wellbeing support are available.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and good numeracy skills.
• Ability to perform standard work at full line speed is required.
• Willingness to learn CCPs and Food Safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Spot, fix, and report production issues affecting performance, quality, or safety.
• Conduct visual inspections for damage, defects, or foreign materials and verify batch numbers and shelf-life.
• Set up equipment and areas for production with proper safety controls and hygiene standards.
• Perform quality inspections and take product samples as per specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
