Job summary

Staffline is seeking an experienced butcher to join our busy team in Nottingham. This full-time role runs four days a week with rotating days off Monday to Friday and no weekend work. Salary ranges from £28,000 to £35,000 per year, depending on experience.

You will cut, bone, trim and prepare beef, lamb, pork and poultry, produce cuts to spec, maintain high hygiene standards, manage stock rotation and assist customers with product advice.

Qualifications

• Previous butcher experience in retail, wholesale or meat processing.
• Strong knife handling and meat-cutting skills.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures.

The rate of pay is

£28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a full time role working 4 days, rotating day off Monday to Friday, no weekends. The hours of work are:

• 6am to 4pm
