Job Description:

The Fabrications Site Supervisor will support our client's fabrication team at their facility in Scarva. This permanent position offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic company.

Our client, based in Banbridge, specializes in designing, supplying, and installing off-site prefabricated solutions for the commercial M&E sectors across Ireland and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Checking goods in and out.
• Managing all employees on site.
• Scheduling workload in fabrication facilities.
• Liaising with Fabrication Coordinator, Team Leaders, and Fabrication Manager regarding project requirements, labor, and training.
• Providing weekly progress reports.
• Understanding construction drawings.
• Planning deliveries and logistics.
• Participating in hiring processes.
• Delivering site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety inspections.
• Ensuring health and safety policies are followed.
• Maintaining quality control and weld kits readiness.
• Conducting daily handovers and quality checks.
• Managing waste procedures and welding procedures development.
• Updating skills matrix and continuous improvement plans.
• Ensuring at least 3 years' experience as a fabricator and 1 year as a supervisor.
• Experience with weld inspections and computer skills (MS Office, Excel).
• Full UK driving license.
