Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor to deliver a water infrastructure scheme in Blackpool on a 6-month contract. The role involves tunnelling and shaft construction, with a 7:00am–7:00pm shift pattern and weekend flexibility to meet the programme.

You will supervise site operatives and subcontractors, maintain safety standards, manage materials, and support the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure works are delivered on time, to specification, and with quality records.

Qualifications

• IT literacy
• CSCS Card (Black/Gold) required
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
• Experience supervising water infrastructure schemes
• Experience in tunnelling, shaft sinking or underground civils works
• Strong civil engineering background
• Flexible to work 7:00-19:00 and weekends when required
• Full UK driving licence required

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to help deliver a water infrastructure scheme in Blackpool, with an immediate start available. This is a 6-month contract involving tunnelling and shaft construction, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supervisor with a strong underground civils background.

The role is 7:00am - 7:00pm, and candidates must be flexible to work weekends when required to meet the project programme.

Site Supervisor Requirements

• Black or Gold CSCS
• SSSTS or SMSTS
• Previous experience supervising water infrastructure schemes
• Experience delivering tunnelling, shaft sinking, deep excavations, or other underground civil engineering projects
• Strong civil engineering background
• Flexible to work 7:00am - 7:00pm and weekends when required
• IT literate
• Full UK driving licence
